@alisonleary1 @ProfGrahamTowl I left 3 years ago with over 13 years in NHS. I’m qualified and experienced and have maintained clinical practice so could go straight back in. If I go back I’d go back to basic AL, sick pay etc, not to mention the pay cut and working conditions. Where’s the incentive?
