Any know what my next step to take is. Brought new trainer from @JDSports next day delivery which were in stock now been waiting 18 day still not delivery, spoke with costumer service more than 6 time to be told just wait longer. #jdsports#badservice#fail

10 weeks later and still havenโt received any contract billing info or anything else @bt_uk have promised me. You would have though lodging 3 complaints they would have tried sorting something out. #badcustomerservice#dontrecommend should have stayed with @virginmedia
You would think being a new customer with @bt_uk they would be a little more accommodating, but 6 weeks later after the struggle of inadequate customer service staff, insulation and even two complaint phone calls I still donโt have the service Iโm paying for #bt#CustomerService
@bt_uk Where to start. From day one iv had nothing but problems, I have no phone line connection for my land line and was suppose to have an engineer come round yesterday after wating in all day, I had no engineer or phone call. Just all add to a long line of problems. Extremely unhappy
