On hold yesterday for 2.5hrs had to end call. This morning tried again to understand why my transactions are getting declined but i. Hold again for 25mins and had to end call
Please help

I called this morning and was put through to the Fraud team on hold again over 25mins had to end call
I need help please this is not ok

Very frustrating to be on hold for 1 hour 40 mins to try and amend a booking to be told I have to phone the store even though I booked over the phone on 02034512688
I wasn’t told it was a store
And I have 24 hrs to amend a booking please help I’ve sent a DM

Paid £8 for next day delivery and despite trying to contact both @SportsDirect_CS and @hermes for an update today the order has not arrived. I just knew expecting good customer service from sports direct would be a big ask.

Getting the runaround again from @curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK @SamsungUK the worst experience of buying a washing machine. Machine replaced only to have the same fault with the door as the first. Samsung cut me off when I got through
