@CHARLES_A_III Lol. Call Barack by his first name? You think respect is solely an African thing. Go and see what Obama told Trevor during an interview.
@G_O_J_O@Brown0x Same thing I mentioned to a friend recently. These are high-profile individuals who are not easily accessible, much less easy targets for kidnapping. There's a story here that's not in the public domain, at least just yet.
@Yusuf_Remmy@TrendingEx Okay, I get you. Just that I think it’s important roles/duties are clear. Yes, it’s a joint effort by all but not a joint responsibility. Govt has every tool at its disposal to perform this function well. So, let’s not create a lacuna for a lazy govt to exploit.
@Yusuf_Remmy@TrendingEx Big NO. The fact that govt seeks/needs help in discharging its duties doesn’t absolve it of that duty. It is her responsibility to ensure security. I mean you hear it during protests etc, but when it comes to terrorism & insurgency the narrative changes. It’s a lazy argument.
@thecori_kitchen@Em3kaKalu @SandraO_Nn Gaslight ke? It is food that will eventually finish so another can be gotten. Btwn, everyone has similar cravings to other things - meat, gum, candy, chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. Gnut is his and that’s okay.
@lucilleUIUXpert @Soulmedika That one extreme of “A poor person cannot speak for the Body of Christ” is pointed out doesn’t mean we are for the other extreme of “glorifying poverty”
Jesus promised we wouldn’t lack and that is what true wealth is.
As an aside, 3rd Jn 2 you quoted isn’t speaking on wealth.
