On August 25, 1991, a 21-year-old student sent a message to a Usenet newsgroup. He thought he was just building something fun for himself.

35 years later, that "hobby" is the backbone of global technology:

@Tesla FSD keeps me calm on the highway. I just say, "well you do you, afterall I am not driving". I used to get really angry when I see drivers making obvious mistakes on the highway that could cause an accident. Now I stay calm thanks to FSD.

@michaelruge @Evautoalex This is the way. I bought a used Model 3 from someone who was struggling with charging the car due to his long daily commute. When he drove the car to my place he was shocked to see that I already had a wall charger setup in my garage. Buy one before going out to buy a Tesla.

@DigitalDaisyX FSD backs into my garage everytime once we navigate to the back alley and select Driveway for parking. We have a ramp and a second car. It doesn't back fully as I prefer so once it is parked I still have to manually back in before closing the garage door.

I've spent the last several months researching, travelling, and studying why countries like Singapore, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Canada and Finland built some of the world's best public education systems.

One thing became clear:

Nigeria doesn't just have an education problem. We have a school management problem.

Today, I'm releasing a white paper that proposes a new way to transform our public schools, keeping them publicly owned while introducing world-class management and accountability.

This isn't about politics.

It's about giving every Nigerian child the opportunity to attend a world-class public school.

I hope this sparks one of the most important conversations our country has had about education.

@nwokeoma_ Most of my home charging was done with my home solar at its peak so the cost you see there is not my actual cost. The office and other were at the office which is free for me too.
