Camaro. Mustang. Porsche. Beamer.
Generations of men have had their "mid-life crisis" car.
I'm sooo very glad I'm having my mid-life crisis in the age of Tesla's Cybertruck!! 📐🥰
@Zoe_922q Indeed! Work just gave me a Nissan Frontier. Complained to a coworker about "old piece of crap". Turns out, it's a 2024.😬
But no steer-by-wire? No FSD? Feels like driving a WWII-era tank.
So spoiled. 📐 has ruined all other vehicles for me.
This is a classic "sounds smart on paper, completely breaks down in mechanical reality" theory.
This is completely incorrect. Index providers like FTSE Russell and Nasdaq do not determine free float based on whether a share is locked up; they determine it based on who owns the shares.
The Reality: Whether Elon is under an IPO lockup or entirely free to trade, he is the controlling founder and an insider. His massive block of shares is structurally categorized as restricted strategic holdings by index providers and is permanently excluded from the index float calculation.
Coming to their senses?? by believing in a highly speculative merger theory primarily fueled by the rhetoric & false assumptions of a particular Tesla influencer who's happily diving down a deep dark rabbit hole & dragging portions of the community with her??
The idea that Elon is actively attempting to influence/supress company valuations is ridiculous, if not illegal.
Do I want a merger? Sure. But am I actively avoiding SPCX or TSLA bcz it's just *assumed* a merger will happen any day now? No.
Merger theories may be presented as opinion, but many seem to be taking it as fact. And it's not. Poor way to make financial decisions. IMHO
@MattWallaceTech Yeah. Posting a 10k FSD steak looks great... but I gotta wonder what % of those miles were unnecessary detours. Often feel like my truck's being driven by a NY taxi driver trying to take me on the "scenic" routes.🤦
Yeah, very biased... with 20,000+ miles driven on FSD and never once even so much as an inkling of behavior that would cause this type of accident. Numerous similar incidents have all been proven to be driver error. So yeah, I'm biased towards the technology I use on a daily basis... as opposed to a driver who just killed someone & looking to scapegoat the car for their actions.
@MVG_Mew2King Start with understanding economics.
Your financial illiteracy is the problem, not billionaires.
But sure, keep criticizing to real makers... while you change the world playing Smash Bros.
