24 hour journey took 40+ hours

Would have rescheduled but couldn't get through to a Delta rep on phone/SMS. Website and app kept failing for rescheduling.

Bags got delayed and then lost. Took many hours to get them.

@DeltaNewsHub @Delta @DeltaNewsHub Ed you have been the CEO of Delta for almost 9 years. You have seen multiple travel challenges. Each time the telephones and SMS have waits over 6-10 hours means that your focus is not in the right place. If you can't fix it let somebody else. #Delta
