@AvivaUK Jo, unfortunately the automatic bot response I received to my DM was of no help whatsoever. I’ve followed the online protocol and updated my claim through the portal, was promised a response in 2 working days. Still not heard anything and it’s time critical.

@easyJet Please could you tell me how to get a refund on a flight to France? Due to fly on Dec 26th, now France has banned non essential travel from the U.K. we obviously can’t travel and the flight hasn’t been cancelled yet by EasyJet. Thanks for your help.
