Open to any freelancers in the motion design industry, in any role.

I’ve been hesitant to build this platform because I don’t know what rate transparency will do. I’m also not sure if anyone will be actually be willing to share their rate, but imposter syndrome seems to plague the motion design industry, so my gut is that many are undercharging. My hope is that this platform will help them realize the value of what they bring their clients.

p.s. the b-roll is from a college project when I was first starting out, seemed fitting.

@motionpunk1 @OpenAI Motion designers will be forced to keep up with these tools or you’ll be too slow to work with, just the reality we’re all facing in the next few years.

Needs to be much better for a production workflow though and the improvement curve will slow
