The system is still based on physical presence, vagaries such as weather and the shamba usually come between the learner and their education. The distance involved also contribute to absenteeism as supervision is not as strict as should be. #ActionAidTalksUG
Without community awareness campaigns targeting the majority illiterate parents on their role in distance learning, we risk having the printed education materials as toilet tissue.

Will the hunter (DHOs) be willing to share the beef (DEOs)???
Distribution Materials have been received by the RDCs,however,these are inadequate whilst the mechanism of distribution may not be conclusive for the final user.
