It is three years now since Angulibo Siraj, the West Nile coordinator for the National Unity Platform @NUP_Ug was abducted by the Ugandan military @MODVA_UPDF and security services @security_uganda, and slapped with trumped-up charges of treachery and unlawful possession of ammunition by a UPDF General Court Martial (Uganda's Military Court) and has since been incarcerated at Kigo Prison.
