- Allowed minors (below 13, breaking ToS) to be grouped with individuals with alleged sketchy backgrounds around minors.

- Advocated/Celebrated political violence towards their opponents, including Kirk.

- Handful of players caught planning to celebrate the death of a trans person (Gooseworx).

- Have spread misinformation about XQC’s political views by labeling him a Trump supporter when he’s not, including harassing/shitting on players for welcoming him into Splatoon (DUDE & other comp players were targeted).

- Has withheld information from authorities and hesitated in reporting their alleged groomers to the police, putting themselves and others in danger of those sketchy individuals.

- Has harassed Marina’s VA for her views on AI & for liking ‘colorwashed’ art, including Westerners wanting her to be replaced.

- Has platformed an artist spreading anti-ICE activism, mishandling it by encouraging posts in the plaza breaking Twitter and/or NSO ToS, profiting off from it, and leaving Twitter without giving any of that money to charity nor ICE detainees. (Failed promise on their charity post).

- Have started kicking out Splatoon players for being Jewish.

- Began harassing a VTuber for enjoying Splatoon, started off as “larp” banter and snowballed into harassment.

- Colluded with community moderators into gatekeeping ideologies or anything coming off as slightly right wing.
