@EtihadHelp My flight has been canceled and I have been calling etihad help desk from last two days. Yesterday I waited 2hr 35 min to speak to someone one, today I have called three times and have been waiting on an average of 35 min but not getting anyone on the phone.

@YatraOfficial Is one of the worst services ever. I have unfortunately booked my parent's ticket from them and now regretting it. When I was planning to book my tickets I was getting 8 calls per day but now when I have to reschedule no one is picking my call or answering properly

Beware of the Scam @SimplySmart_CA They are making rules by themselves and scare you off by stating the rules are by the government norm. I called and the team is so unprofessional that they didnt even answered my question. Also I had a booked appointment and they didnt showed up

Worst service. Another story where my friend asked to install fire alarm under promotion and the guy mentioned it can be installed because he has fire alarms from other companies. So in order to install @nest he has to purchase all three from them.
