@Prannoy23@chakravartiiin did u read my comment at all??? where did i say xbox has better games or that it has gotys? read my comment again or ig u meant to reply to someone else cuz idk where ps vs xbox gotys came from
@jxnlco https://t.co/2KjAlBcvWy, can add all those. for prompts in particular with edit history, team access and cli access theres https://t.co/BGrQmVRfO8
i mean no serious person right now is using opus as their daily driver anyway. most serious devs have just switched to 5.5 and have been using it as their daily driver. i've been running 5.5 everywhere too and just to save on some limits i sometimes use lighter models on kilo with my gpt sub. only when some design is needed i use opis
@rezoundous yea the limits have been horrible i feel like my usage on the pro plan has been cut by more than half which is weird. i am not sure if its a caching issue or smth but im just not able to run my kilo workflowanymore and even on the codex app my weekly limits just end quickly
this is really cool. on the website u should also have some sort of sub plans with some useful features for creators and stuff i would 100% give it a try. until then i'll just wait for the api access and give it a try in my kilo workflow but hopefully the sub plans launch soon as well cuz i don't have enough vram to run it locally
@UnslothAI ohh i thought it needed 16gb minimum or i would have to run a smaller verison..will give jt a try but its probably worse than the qwen distklll that i run locally in kilo rn
@osanseviero sadly it needs more than like 16 gb of vram to be able to run locally. i am running distilled qwen locally and some other open models in kilo
@flowersslop yeah i think it will be more than just both of those combined. they will probably integrate a lot more for non devs and have built in features for deployment and stuff
i don't think they would drop 5.6 in a day or 2 but i might be wrong. at least i hope i am cuz 5.5 design taste is so ass even with good skills and harnesses it's really far behind. i've tried the tasteskill on both the codex app and kilo and gpt just sucks at ui so i hope 5.6 comes soon
@championswimmer its terrible but anyone using copilot is missing out on a lot of things. tbh rn ur best bet is getting a gpt sub since u can use it in other places too. just get the gpt sub and use it inside of open/kilo or something along with other cheaper models ez
@ForrestPKnight remember when u had to open vs code, find the relevant files, think about what u needed to do there and plan it out, then manually type all of it?
a much better design and creative writing taste. these are the 2 biggest problems i have rn with 5.5whenever i use it instead of the codex app or kilo. maybe they can start reducing the pricing cuz 5.3 was pretty cheap and then they increased it with 5.4 and again with 5.5. i hope this time they reduce it a bit
@janwhyy theres literally a setting for this and it's off by default. u probably turned it on at some point by accident. couldve just done a quick google search
hope it's priced competitively compared to macbook pro. altho ig the ddr speed is too low since you boast about running 1T param llms locally. still excited either way cuz rn the max i can run is a very distilled qwen locally so i just avoid it. when i need to run lighter models i just run deepseek in kilo since it costs almost nothing
@mattpocockuk bro no way it works based on keyword detection. i literally have a product with a workflow feature. thank god i'm on codex and kilo. why has claude code become a slopfest?
@haider1 cant wait for 5.6 to come out cuz 5.5 sucks hard when it comes to designing and creative writing work. its the main reason i still use opus inside of kilo cuz i want to route to both the models since opus is much better at designing
