Kindly take cognizance of below proposal for DEMU Train Service for Dibrugarh and Tinsukia District. Similar proposals can be taken across the state.

The benefits of doing the same are detailed as under :

1. People from remotest area can come for Job and routine work to Tinsukia and Dibrugarh and otherwise at very very cheaper fare.
2. People of all area can catch the mail/express trains from Dibrugarh and/or Tinsukia.
3. In lieu of higher/unaffordable bus fare, people can be able to travel at very very cheaper fare.
4. Travel time of the lacs of people can be reduced and therefore working Man hours will increase, which will benefit the state/nation at large.
5. Vehicle loads on the PWD roads will be reduced, this will reduce the possibility of Road accident, Road Maintenance, By Road Travel time (Saving the Man Working hours of Road Movers), Saving the consumption of diesel / Petrol being consumed by commercial passenger vehicle.

आदरणीय श्री @nitin_gadkari जी, आदरणीय श्री @AshwiniVaishnaw जी एवं हमारे अपने प्रिय सांसद आदरणीय श्री @sarbanandsonwal जी, क्रमशः सड़कमार्ग मंत्री, र���ल मंत्री एवं जल मार्ग मंत्री, आप तीनों असम की धरती पर ही @AdvantageAssam 2.0 के इस गरिमामयी अवसर पर एक ही मंच पर मंचस्थ होने वाले हैं, आदरणीय सोनोवाल जी के ही संसदीय क्षेत्र से हम सभी तिनसुकिया वासी, विशेष रूप से एक करबद्ध निवेदन करना चाहते हैं कि तिनसुकिया शहर को बीचों बीच दो भागों में विभक्त करने वाली रेल लाइन को स्थानांतरित करने की कृपा करें। तिनसुकिया एक छोटा सा परन्तु औद्योगिक रूप से अत्यंत महत्वपू��्ण शहर है, यह चारों ओर से चाय बागानों से घिरा है, जिस कारण इसका क्षेत्रफल भी बहुत छोटा है और चाय बागों की जमीनों के कड़े कानूनों के कारण आगे बढ़ने की संभावना भी नहीं है। रेल लाइन द्वारा शहर को दो बागों में विभक्त करने के कारण, इसके दक्षिणी भाग का विकास नहीं के बराबर है।

आशा ही नहीं पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इस कार्य को जैसे श्री सोनोवाल जी ने विधायक रहते माजुली के ब्रिज के असंभव से कार्य को संभव करवा के दिखाया, ये भी असंभव जैसा दिखने वाला कार्य अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र में करवा करके पूरे तिनसुकिया के विकाश को एक नई दिशा देने का कार्य करेंगे।

हमें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आदरणीय एवं हम सभी के अतिप्रिय मुख्यमंत्री आदरणीय श्री @himantabiswa जी इस अति आवश्यक कार्य में राज्य की ओर से की जा सकने वाली हर मदद करने ���ी सहमति प्रदान करेंगे।

हमें पूर्ण विश्वास है कि वर्तमान केंद्र सरकार हर असंभव कार्य को संभव करने के लिए पूरे विश्व में जानी जाती है।

9. The NCC has consistently supported Indian Railways and highlighted concerns constructively. Numerous memorandums have been submitted to the DRM and discussed at the DRUCC level. Attached are a copy of the passenger's complaint, and photographic proof.

8. The Chamber earnestly requests @drm_tsk @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw to address this issue with urgency and ensure the Northeast is not neglected. Passengers here deserve the same level of service and comfort as the rest of Bharat.
