@ntsa_kenya Unable to drive since 5th April as my driving licence has expired!!! Trying to renew it has been such a harrowing experience!! My DL is not matched with my ID in NTSA ecitizen. Issue reported through portal, through the NTSA app, personal visit to your office!!!

@Uber_Support it has been a challenge being able to use your services of late. Your drivers are harassing customers. They first ask for the destination, then the fare that is showing and refuse to go. On top of that they ask you to cancel the trip!!! Some even negotiate with you.

@SafaricomPLC for the past many weeks the experience of the Fibre connection has been really terrible in my area Parklands Road. None of the weekends have we been able to enjoy uninterrupted service of Netflix or Amazon Prime. What is the issue!!!
