Claim form has been processed from initiator level, now it is under process at approver level and will be processed shortly from approver level and amount will be credited to your bank a/c once the same will be approved.

One very important reason for traffic that affects the residents of LoTo, Kandivali East has been heavy vehicles movement and mismanagement by Mahindra tractor division. Repeated requests by residents for yrs via tweets and mails to @anandmahindra @MahindraRise
and finally this notification from BMC has come to our rescue. Hope this is followed by M&M and traffic police officers. The trauma faced during dear ones medical emergencies and also daily by office people and children going for studies suffer that is caused by traffic is bad. Which here can be avoided by some changes in arrangements and proper traffic management.

@UberIN_Support It's for almost all trips...it's been trend since past two to three months...in fact a trip could not be cancelled after trying for 15 to 20 minutes when there was the cng issue in Mumbai.

got a non ac cab fare at that time Rs 103.. get a refund of Rs 60 as a gesture of goodwill. What happens to the balance no idea.this happened to me this morning.

@Olacabs please train your driver partners on how payments work or ensure they carry enough cash rather than depend on dysfunctional UPIs. I had to pay Rs 200 on toll, driver had no clue on whether payment was by cash or online,when I told him online he said it will be adjusted
