Claim form has been processed from initiator level, now it is under process at approver level and will be processed shortly from approver level and amount will be credited to your bank a/c once the same will be approved.

@UberIN_Support It's for almost all trips...it's been trend since past two to three months...in fact a trip could not be cancelled after trying for 15 to 20 minutes when there was the cng issue in Mumbai.
@UberIN_Support Not happy with the reply. Had booked an Uber Go which is AC but got a uber taxi which is non AC. I was charged fot uber Go..The uber taxi fare was showing Rs 103, I should be charged that only

got a non ac cab fare at that time Rs 103.. get a refund of Rs 60 as a gesture of goodwill. What happens to the balance no idea.this happened to me this morning.
@Olacabs please train your driver partners on how payments work or ensure they carry enough cash rather than depend on dysfunctional UPIs. I had to pay Rs 200 on toll, driver had no clue on whether payment was by cash or online,when I told him online he said it will be adjusted
