@levelsio can i ask if you had any sort of mental illeness, not one of sadness? like clinical depression or general anxiety disorder( your amygdala start to change), i am not taking medicine, but my body goes to fight and flight mode the moment i wakeup, its hurting me so much

@levelsio i do bench press, deadlift(not much have some back issue), overhead press, I cover full body workout every week (do 3 to 4 times a week) , eat homegrown veg and chicken, i fucked up my mental health during covid, i used to do calisthenics even at that period of time

@levelsio here i am working out for past 1 year regularly, now considering anti anxiety or some sort, i just cant take it anymore, i will try anti depressants or some thing and lets see

@thekitze @levelsio when you have general anxiety disorder your mind changes physically, its hard, your amygdala changes due to anxiety and its hard to recover from that, so i am considering taking sris, lets see how it goes, if it doesn’t work i will stop, but wont say it wont work to anyone
