@BMW_UK appalling after sales service. Email them, call them and no answer. BMW UK just like other company. I don’t hesitate to call them careless and hopeless. I have been emailing Stevenage Specialist cars for my digital key issue but nobody bothers!!!!!!!

@BMW_UK @Chris_Legg This is just the beginning, post sale service will surprise you more. Every request you have to send minimum twice to get it heard by the local centre. Email gets ignored, leaving voicemail does not help etc.

Yes, I have been struggling to setup on my new X5 and its not sending messages to car. I am quite surprised BMW is so careless and dont bother to resolve such issues promptly.

@cocodimama_uk met some ridiculous staff today at Lime street coco. I requested a straw with my coffee and the lady on the other side offered me a pasta straw. This is how they treat customers!!!!!!!
I asked her do you use pasta straw with coffee.
Needless to say had last visit!

@TLRailUK From St Pancras (to Horsham/Brighton), many passengers with standard class ticket get into First class because they know check never happens. We got to be a fool to pay £20 extra premium price for first class.
