instagram has brainwashed an entire generation into thinking expensive international trips are a life goal, even when they don’t even own a house.
the west convinced you to fly thousands of miles, blow your savings, take 200 pictures and call it “finding yourself.”
every country has mountains, beaches and pretty streets.
western tourism propaganda is working exactly as intended.
No, you cannot walk 10,000 steps daily, get 8 hours of sleep, cook every night, clean every day, take care of a family, make time for your own hobbies, and still be productive at work every day. This is not just propaganda, it is nonsense. Free yourself from it.
Tech companies trying to replace people with AI, only for people to start replacing tech companies with AI has gotta be the funniest plot twist of the century
I’m in love with this sentence:
“A person's capacity for growth is directly linked to how much truth they can handle about themselves without running away.”
@Shetty_nhl On Oct 10 (weekend), you left for the airport ~6:10 AM,traffic is minimal in this scenario. How does that relate to weekday peak hours?Take an 11 AM weekday flight and try reaching BLR airport and do the same in other cities to see the real blr traffic problem.!!
When Amazon hired me on an H-1B visa, Amazon was making losses for 10 straight years. It was operating out of a rented building where we worked on door desks in small cabins. I was in the initial team that built AWS.
Today AWS contributes more than 60% to Amazon's profit. The stock price has gone 300x. Amazon's buildings have changed the skyline of downtown Seattle. Jeff Bezos went on to become the world's richest man.
There were about a hundred H1B visa holders like me in the initial team of Amazon. Good luck building companies and wealth without these 'indentured servants'
Underrated life advice: get better at recovering fast. You're going to fail. You're going to get rejected. Make bad calls. Lose money. Embarrass yourself. Whatever it is, the goal is shrinking the gap between falling down and getting back up. Master the art of starting over.
Never humiliate Parents in presence of Children:When I was a child, a bus conductor arrogantly shouted at my father for boarding the wrong bus.The shouting echoed in my ears when I passed through the same bus stand nearly after 50yrs.Few scars never disappear;though not visible.
the most underrated act of kindness is letting people be. let them mispronounce a word, talk too much about a show they love, or get excited about something you don't understand. everyone has something that lights them up. let them shine, even if it's not your thing.
@chhaparia_anmol They met at a Harvard party in 2003, years before Facebook made him wealthy. They dated nearly a decade, married in 2012, and have three kids together. Attraction is personal and goes beyond looks—shared history, intellect, and values play a big role.
Pleasantly surprised to see this iconic photograph in @bsindia today, as part of a wonderful piece chronicling 35 years of Hyderabad’s transformation. In 1997, I had the opportunity to make a presentation to Bill Gates on why Microsoft should choose Hyderabad. That meeting eventually led to Microsoft setting up its first development centre outside the United States in Hyderabad.
The rest, as they say, is history. Hyderabad’s journey is a reminder that transformative change begins with a bold vision, backed by persistence and policy consistency over decades. I’m enclosing more pictures from the archive here -

All people dont have their caree built around gym. Gymming is just a small part of their life and even struggle to make out 30 mins for exercise.
Its okay to yawn in gym. It is a victory to be there at first place for some folks.
