कंपनी के कर्मचारियों,मजदूरों को भी हर साल निश्चित वेतन वृद्धि मिलती है लेकिन राज्य सरकार के कर्मचारी पांच साल तक एक ही वेतनमान पर काम करते हैंये कर्मचारी नियमित रूप से स्थायी कर्मचारियों के समान ही कार्य करते हैं,फिर भी वेतनमान में इतना अन्याय क्यों?
