Why are the fines for rickshaw drivers so less for refusal to take passenger? It's just mere Rs. 50... Why so? This is the reason they are extremely arrogant!

While travelling from Thane to Borivali via Ghodbandar road... From about 5-6kms before Fountain Hotel till fountain hotel all the huge trucks/trailers occupy all 3 lanes blocking the flow of vehicles creating traffic. Why are these people not fined?

@DefenceBrat Constables like these should be prosecuted. If you have evidence that you have done nothing wrong still he is assulting you, you can take legal action. Unless a strict action taken against such people, they wont stop their wrong doings.

15th Nov'25 3:55pm.Again the same on Saturday. Heavy vehicles in all the 3 lanes.@MTPHereToHelp @ThaneTraffic @nitin_gadkari @TransportofMAHA @MMRDAOfficial @HSPMaharashtra Kindly restrict heavy vehicles to service lanes or levy huge fines such that they are compelled to do so!
