Hello @easyJet your staff in TFS charged my 78y/o mum €58 at the gate for a piece of luggage that was already paid for when booking the flight. This flight EZY8036 has a 2+ hour delay and your staff treated my mum (who doesn't speak english) like a 2nd class passenger. Shameful

@easyJet Of course I have, Serge. They said the delay was because of air traffic control restrictions. Hence, my question on why are we the only affected flight by these restrictions. Captain don’t have the answer to the above question

@easyJet Thanks @easyJet but as per your flight tracker update we’re already flying but we’re clearly not. Why Air Traffic Co trol Restrictions is affecting only this flight? All other @easyJet flights have already departed. We’re still on the ground
