@VirginTrains cancelled 6.46 train to Wigan... is there no way you can let people know? I get about 15 promotional emails a day but you can’t find a way to email when a train is cancelled? Maybe use some of the £120 the ticket cost

I didn’t book a seat but that’s not really the point. Got no problem standing if there was some room to. It’s almost inhumane how packed the people standing are having to deal with
