@AmazonHelp Karthik, pretty sure that your team has ticketing system to see that your colleague Spandana has replied back to me with the same auto response. As a team, try to be empathetic to the customer's needs to atleast put effort into a new response !

@AmazonHelp It is Amazon's fault to list a seller which has the same complaints from multiple customers. And my product isn't even the one advertised on website! Amazon is part of the fraud this seller is perpetuating! And you should take the responsibility.

@passportsevamea mockery of all processes. Every person is being asked to reschedule appointments at PSK Kolkata. After file submission , I was told to submit fees in cash (on my 2nd visit here!) which I didn't have.After returning to the counter with cash they had lost my file!

@Wall_Mantra please stop the fraudulent behaviour with customers! I have returned the product and am awaiting refund for a month now. The customer care team sends auto responses on mail - absolutely no decency to even call the customer after a month !
