🚨 @IndiGo6E lost my father's checked baggage, and their customer support has been anything but helpful. We've made multiple calls to both the airport and airline, only to be put on hold with no resolution. Their latest response? "We are looking into it,".

@IndiGo6E worst exp ever with 0 help from d Hubballi Airport. My sister's wedding has been ruined, as her luggage wasn't included in the aircraft. It wasn't even informed to her. Even after paying 35k for pre book of extra luggage, we weren't informed about this situation
