They are not even giving anything in writing. Not the reason for leaving behind bags, not even by when will the bags come. They have the audacity of deciding on the passengers behalf what is important vs not to be onboarded, without informing the passengers

Indigo did not board my bag after taking additional baggage fee of 35k. And after asking for information for about 2 hours at the airport, they refuse to even tell when will our bags arrive. The bag contains my sister’s wedding dress.

@IndiGo6E worst exp ever with 0 help from d Hubballi Airport. My sister's wedding has been ruined, as her luggage wasn't included in the aircraft. It wasn't even informed to her. Even after paying 35k for pre book of extra luggage, we weren't informed about this situation
