Props to my neighbor Brad Lander, a mensch, a canny operator and a genuinely inspiring person. Give a thought to snatching NY-10 from the godawful @RepDanGoldman, I’ll canvas the soles off my shoes
Just react with a dot, an image, or anything — it will support me and help more people see my posts. My campaign was shut down and we have nothing left. Please help by sharing my new campaign. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart

The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers.
He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations.
It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.
"She dreamed of seeing Coldplay live. She loved trying new foods and was learning Italian. She wrote poetry constantly and shared it w/ friends. She was so proud of having summited Iran’s highest peak, Mount Damavand, that she made sure to mention that fact to everyone she met."

Yunseo Chung was not an encampment leader—she just participated in a few protests. The dragnet is widening and now is the time to stand up.
Wow. Read this full letter from Mahmoud Khalil. "I have always believed that my duty is not only to liberate myself from the oppressor, but also to liberate my oppressors from their hatred and fear."

Joe Biden and every single liberal politician or media figure who demonized anti-genocide protesters as anti-semitic extremists, who called for or engineered mass repression of the campus encampments, is deeply complicit in Trump’s repression today. Absolutely shameful.
When 85% of New Yorkers say the cost of food is rising faster than their incomes, it's time for a real alternative.

Israel has practically declared war on Syria with no provocation or casus belli whatsoever, announced a 50-year-old international diplomatic agreement is void, is invading another country in these very moments, and literally no one is doing, or even saying, anything about it.
they expect us to watch a genocide every day for over a year that they can't bring themselves to condemn and think we should have empathy to spare for the profiteers from social murder?
we're changed people. universal empathy is a mistake in a world w/o empathy for the oppressed
@JoeBiden Mr Biden A truly Merciful Man would see the value in freedom for an 80 indigenous American activist. I pray you are that man and your pen finds mercy for Leonard Peltier.

@AliceFromQueens This is an almost impossible amount of protein for a normal person to eat every day. It’s like a full time job just to meal plan around that much protein (saying this as someone trying to eat enough protein for a modest lifting program)
Whenever I hear about how Democrats listened too much to the left, I think often about the Loan Shark Prevention Act I worked on that AOC and Bernie introduced into Congress. It would put a 15% cap on payday and credit card loans. When we polled it, it was hugely popular everywhere but especially in red and purple districts. But even faced with these facts, none of the more establishment Democrats wanted to sign on to it.
And now Trump is proposing a 10% cap on credit cards, and if he does it, it'll be a very popular win.
My take is the problem isn't that Democrats got too left. They are just too cowardly, and that cowardice defines too much of the party. When it was less cowardly to take an unpopular 'left' position, they did. But in the majority of cases where there is an option to do nothing with no political downside, the default very often is to do nothing because that is the 'safer' thing to do.
Absolutely horrifying scene out of Beirut today.
Israel is deliberately wiping out entire civilian apartment buildings without justification or restraint—sheer destruction for the sake of it.
This is an American-funded, American-backed genocide.
