@LH44_Lisa@F1Help@SkySportsF1@SkyHelpTeam Same here. I'm still waiting to be able to watch the onboard and have the driver tracker at the same time. It used to work but now @SkySportsF1 app says I'm on too many devices. They've refused to fix it for the last 4 months
@SkySportsF1 anyone's sky sports app just not working, had issues last race weekend and now this weekend can't watch a single thing. This is just becoming a joke now sky ๐คฌ
@WillnDad1@SkySportsF1 Did it work for you during the race? Been on sky throughout the whole race so missed a lot of it trying to sort it out as it's been over 48 hours now and the guy on the phone doesn't know what's happening so basically gone back in a circle to figure out what's happening ๐๐
@WillnDad1@SkySportsF1 They've known about it for 2 days, spoken to 5 different people and they had no idea what was happening and the 6th one was the one that said there is a issue. They really should inform their customers as I've basically just lost a whole day having to trace it up
@WillnDad1@SkySportsF1 I know, it isn't even sky sports it's happening on. Any sky channel you can only watch on one device when last weekend we had it on the TV and then 3 other devices. Woke up this morning to all devices logged out then had this issue ๐
@WillnDad1@SkySportsF1 Still on the phone and still no idea what's happening. They've got me to create a whole new account and the issue is still happening. Nearly 2 hours talking to sky and yeah still no where closer to sorting it out. Will definitely update if anything happens tho
For those with Barclays, my partner has just been able to send money from his account into mine (natwest) which he hasn't been able to do since Friday. I hope this helps anyone but the way Barclays has been down for 3 days is disgraceful ๐ @BarclaysUKHelp
