@Tractive hi, I’m unable to complete the online contact form (it won’t allow me to input an email). I’ve not had my dog tracker long but now it only works when connected to the charger. Have tried resets etc but it’s holding no power at all when removed from the cable.

@easyJetholidays We were told the taxi to collect keys in the early hours of the morning from a different location would be reimbursed. The hotel refused and said it’s an easyJet issue. There has been physical pain and many tears. I will never book with you again.

@easyJetholidays I could cry, we’ve just been dropped at 2am at a hotel that doesn’t open until 10am tomorrow. We need the toilet and medication. Absolutely atrocious!

@easyJetholidays We spoke to support and are now in the bungalow. Reception have told us that they have repeatedly told you this is not a hotel or suitable without a vehicle. There are no on site facilities, the nearest shop is a mile away. I’m not able to walk far due to a medical issue.
