The ICC player just cannot not be the sole person available to fill those roles for the team. I could be wrong. Hopefully I'm not.

@khalifygreens What about the retirement/play mixed cause it's less of a commitment and still be competitive theory? Nothing necessarily wrong with that or the single genders going "super mixed" idea, imo. But I do see/feel the little sting to those who have fully comitted to mixed, though.
