@FromPhDtoLife Didn't really enjoy my undergrad, LOVED my masters and burnt out hard during my PhD which caused me to leave.

My masters was full on with lots of practical elements and I did well in it.

@FitFounder I LOVE cold showers - I'll do the whole thing cold and be in there 10-15 minutes. Issue with shower just now means I can't do it...I'm now considering cold baths to get my cold water fix 😆
