@OpenreachHelp My parents were due to get fibre optic installed in September. However it was cancelled and they were told traffic lights needed for the road etc. However their neighbours had it installed and it was a straightforward job with no traffic lights required

@greateranglia hi there I bought a return from whittlesford parkway to Tottenham hale. I used my debit card instead of my train ticket to get out of the station - please can this charge be refunded? I have the train tickets with me as proof.
