@BBCNews hi iv booked a holiday thro thomas cook paid by direct debit for 8 months even took a payment day went bust the caa promised our refunds by end of today nothing yet at 1900 hrs do you know eny update feel like there keep moving the goalposts feel like there fobbing us

@UK_CAA no i had the same message as everybody else it like a computer just auto answering it’s 4-40pm no email or nowt and i payed 8 months out of of direct debit and book thro the app it’s a farse feeling like geting strung along
