Is @NHAI_Official having different rules for different state highways?? Why @FASTag_NETC is not applicable to such toll plazas and they are looting people by collecting cash whereas payment slip has mentioned clearly that Fastag is mandatory at toll plaza

My HDFC Fastag was not read at Bolepalli Toll Plaza NH16, inspite of having balance and I had to pay Rs.300/- double the amount, for no fault of mine. I made complaint to toll plaza. They regretted. Still no solution. No help from HDFC also.
