You can't expect ONE social media manager to do content creation, analytics, strategy, customer service, community management, paid ads, graphic design, video editing, influencer marketing, understand FB, Twitter, Insta, LinkedIn, TikTok AND expect them to be good at ALL of it.
Saying an intern can run your social media marketing efforts is like looking at a piece of modern art and saying "my kid could paint that."
