There are three more NECESSITIES to conclude the good work :

- PROPER PRE SEASON

With the new coach getting a total new set of four foreigners who have not been with the team last season , minimum of three weeks of proper pre season is needed to challenge the Durand Cup .
I will not complain if we retain Manvir ( but a new domestic winger is needed ) and we don’t replace Subhashis as I believe Abhishek Tekcham can play as the left back and Bheke can cover the right back for one season .
