In my opinion, with the depth of field issues with TV cameras and no definitive camera angles of his swing path, there cannot be conclusive video evidence that Bryson improved his lie or swing path. In cases like this the benefit of doubt should go to the player. I don't like this decision.
Mercor grew from $1M to $2B in ARR in 24 months. This is the fastest growth trajectory in history.
While everyone knows about AI lab investments in the Task Economy, our fastest-growing segment is Enterprise.
Mercor is acquiring @deeptuneai.
Training AI to do real professional work requires covering the full distribution of apps, worlds, and tasks across the economy. We have built the largest expert network and have been a leader in creating worlds and tasks. Deeptune built the apps, having created hundreds of them for the leading AI labs.
Together, we can build environments across far more roles and industries than either company could alone.
Every frontier lab is scaling environment production. Every enterprise will need to do the same. That is what we are building toward, and it is how we organize human intelligence to power the AI economy.

Supply chain disruptions cost the global economy $184 billion last year. That figure reflects a reality that logistics professionals face every day. Visibility gaps lead to real financial losses that accumulate across every shipment and handoff.
Everyone will adopt AI. Everyone will build more, ship faster, and deploy agents. That is table stakes. The founders who win will be the ones who make better choices, which requires judgment. (And if you're in the bottom left quadrant, get out quick.)
The bar for robotics isn’t lab demos — it’s autonomous operation in real production environments.
What impressed me about @rhodaai was seeing that level of performance with remarkably little robot training data. Pretraining on internet-scale video to build a strong physical prior may seem unconventional today, but approaches like this are what will ultimately unlock general-purpose robotics.
After operating in stealth for the last 18 months @rhodaai , we’re excited today to finally show the world what we’ve been working on. We believe we’re on a path to physical AGI with the launch of our brand new foundation model, the Direct Video Action (DVA) model.
Training humanoid robots on teleoperation alone won’t scale, says Rhoda AI CEO @startupjag.
Unlike self-driving cars - which basically have four actuators (left, right, speed up, and slow down) and operate in a single environment (the road) - humanoid robots are completely different:
"You're dealing with the full dexterity of a human hand - 20 degrees of freedom per hand. Every object is different. Every type of task is different."
The problem isn't just the quantity of data - the bigger issue is diversity in the data, and it's why many humanoid robot demos will struggle to adapt to the real world:
"If all the data you have is data that you've intentionally collected, then you almost by definition haven't seen the corner cases. You haven't seen all those edge scenarios that cause failure."
Jagdeep says teleoperation is useful for fine-tuning robot behavior, but for pretraining, it's completely inadequate.

This Tesla drove itself from Gigafactory Texas to its new owner's home ~30min away — crossing parking lots, highways & the city to reach its new owner
There’s never been someone like Warren, and countless people, myself included, have been inspired by his wisdom. It’s been one of the great privileges of my life to know him. And there’s no question that Warren is leaving Berkshire in great hands with Greg.
