Bought a roundtrip EDI-YUL w/ @united. Return flight was delayed, meaning I'd lose my connection. They put me on YUL-LHR flight and abandoned me there. I had to purchase a new ticket LHR-EDI. They won't refund that, nor give compensation. Impossible to speak to someone. Help?
