De synagoge aan de Folkingestraat in Groningen is een bruisend centrum voor Joods leven in de stad. Naast een gebedshuis is het een plek waar mensen kunnen kennismaken met Joodse cultuur. De NCAB bracht een bezoek aan de @SynagogeGroningen en kreeg een rondleiding.

Tijdens het werkbezoek werd gesproken met (bestuurs-)leden van verschillende Joodse gemeenten in het land en de Stichting Folkingestraat Synagoge. Het gesprek richtte zich onder meer op het cruciale belang van educatie als tegengif tegen antisemitisme.
