Nice! Many people nailed it:
- Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP)
- Crazy paving on CT
- Involves surfactant protein accumulation, sometimes due to abnormal GM-CSF signaling
- Treatments include whole lung lavage, nebulized GM-CSF

Why didn’t you get paxlovid?
-No evidence of benefit for < 65
-Doesn’t reduce/shorten symptoms or transmissability
-No evidence effects long COVID

Just because you want or think you’re entitled to paxlovid doesn’t mean you should get it
