@easyJet by far the most unreliable airline I've ever flown with. Being a no-frills carrier still means you need to stick to your schedules. Cancellations and delays on 4/4 easyJet flights I've taken so far. I hope you go bankrupt.

@Chase Travel - TERRIBLE experience. Booked an international *REFUNDABLE* @qatarairways flight for ~$1200 on Chase Travel. Tried to cancel 1 month before departure. QR(airline) charges zero cancellation fees. Chase Travel agent says I will lose $320 to cancel. :-( Help!
