The shear warp transform has been used in computer science for decades, but just recently, @RetoPaul, @KD3AN, and @bojuichang developed an all-optical version that allows one to visualize cells from multiple angles in real-time!
In the CB dept, Kevin @kD3AN & Reto @RetoPaul spearhead numerous microscopy collaborations on top of their own research! Recently, they developed a new oblique plane microscope that delivers some of the highest resolution in light-sheet microscopy!
And with the November issue comes Cleared-tissue axially swept light-sheet microscopy (ctASLM) for high-speed, refraction index-independent imaging of live, cleared and expanded samples with isotropic, submicron resolution. https://t.co/NjFhKcAWGu
