It is a multifaceted symptom which includes difficulty estimating time needed to complete a task (&, yes, how much time you’ve already used). When to leave isn’t the problem, its knowing when to wake up & maintaining set all morning
@voidpires The disconnect is that people think time blindness is an internet phrase when it’s been in the literature since 1997 (Barkley) and possibly earlier. Time estimation difficulties make it hard to know WHEN to set the alarm, and once set, EF problems make true time needed vary daily
