@flyspicejet On 10 June, I received confirmation via email tht my compensation had been initiated & would be credited within 7 working days. However, I have still not received it. Pls clarify the reason for the delay & provide the expected credit date. This prolonged delay is unacceptable.

Many railway stations have tile/granite flooring tht becomes slippery during rainy seasons due to its smooth surface. Pls consider installing anti-skid tiles or applying a textured finish to enhance grip & safety for passengers. @RailwaySeva@RailMinIndia
