When you have a losing day, go on a prayer/worship walk, bring it before the Lord.

In the moment we can be upset, angry, frustrated, but when we step away and just focus on the Lord, we put all of our problems to the side, our selfishness of “God why won’t you help me” and instead just praise him.

You’ll find all the emotions fall away, clarity comes to the soul and mind, and you realize in the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t come close to the love of God.
