if you’re a grown adult entertaining sexual jokes and flirting with minors, there is something seriously wrong with you. i don’t care if you consider it a joke or claim there were no romantic intentions behind it. you should know better, that’s a child.
it’s so disappointing to find out that someone you share a space with is involved in something that makes you question their judgment entirely. i’m truly disgusted
when that one yona lady said “i dont vote bc it dont matter” and supa peach talm bout “vote red” and “i dont even know what we’re voting for..” we didn’t fight for rights to vote just for yall to be this fucking ignorant.
before jackie wilson passed away, he was in deep financial trouble that would eventually catch up to him even in death, when jackie’s family couldn’t afford to pay for his funeral cost and tombstone michael stepped in and quietly helped to cover the funeral cost and tombstone, at the grammys, michael also went along and gave a heartfelt short speech about jackie, who heavily influenced michael.
I think some of y’all know to block this page before saying some disgustingly ignorant shit about Michael or anything pertaining to him because once I see it, I’m blowing it up. Blocking me won’t stop a screenshot from hitting the TL.
There’s a difference between criticism and blatant disrespect. Some of you Applehead accounts put certain people Michael associated with on a pedestal while speaking about his family, including his children, with absolute contempt. The selective outrage, hypocrisy, racial undertones, and constant infantilization of Michael are getting harder to ignore. And it needs to be called out.
Michael Jackson was only 20 when he released this in 1979. He WROTE it HIMSELF, co-produced it with Quincy Jones, and delivered that incredible blend of disco, funk, soaring strings, horns, and that unmistakable falsetto. This was the sound of an artist stepping into a whole new level of creative freedom. What a record.
