@bookingcom Truly deceitful company. Avoid at all costs. Booked villa that was canx last minute travelling with a disabled man. Promised in writing to be reimbursed for an alternate villa. They now only covering 1/3 of the cost. Now out of pocket over €1200 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

@bookingcom DISGUSTING. Booked a private villa with pool for 10. inc our disabled father. Confirm & payed for. Due to their error they have cancelled it. They agreed to find an alternative, paying the difference if more and have offered us a 3 bed apartment! Unacceptable
