This is the same woman who sat in front of Congress and testified about the sexual abuse she endured at the hands of Larry Nassar and how the powers that be failed her and other female gymnasts.

Those were your words, Simone, but now you sit here advocating for the physical and sexual abuse of female athletes.

Sports are already inclusive, sweet pea. What do you think the women’s category is? How do you think you got all those medals? The Olympics didn't include Women’s Gymnastics until
32 YEARS after the men’s. Somebody advocated for you to have a place at the Olympic Games, and now you want to deny women the opportunity because you’d rather submit to men and their feelings. Men's and women’s gymnastics are so different that they may as well be two separate sports, and that’s because male and female bodies are different. The chances of you competing next to a man are slim to none, so this doesn't affect you. Your lack of compassion, while concerning, makes sense.

Property taxes should be outlawed.

And before someone says “aLL tAxEs sHouLd be ouTlaWed” yes, but property taxes in particular are the most unjust.

Every other tax is based on a share of a transaction. You always know upfront what this share will be.

Property taxes, on the other hand, are based on a “value” assessed by the same entity levying the tax. Your town or county literally “decides” what your property is worth (assessed value) and then demands a share of it, regardless of your ability to pay. Fail to pay and they take the property for themselves.

The model is actually worse than an unrealized gains tax; you aren’t just paying the tax on the gain, you are basically paying a percentage of whatever they decide the value is, every year in perpetuity.

That’s why it’s is the most unjust tax. That’s why it should be abolished.
