@EngieBelgium wat gebeurt er toch met jullie klantendienst? Ik wacht al sinds 13 november op een offerte voor een nieuwe aansluiting. Telefonisch contact wordt gewoon verbroken wegens te druk, live chat beloven ze telkens het sales team een reminder te sturen. Maar nul effect.
